All orders are processed and fulfilled from Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada.

Processing Time

Each piece is made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada:

- Standard Shipping: $14 CAD (3–8 business days after shipment)

- Express Shipping: $20 CAD (faster delivery)

Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been fulfilled.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as UPS and Canada Post. Carrier selection may vary depending on location and delivery efficiency.

Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kameha is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
